Job Summary
The Brand Designer & Content Creator is the visual architect of our brands in the Hong Kong market. As a core member of our Marketing team, your primary focus is bridging the gap between our brands' online aesthetic and their physical retail presence. You will lead the graphic design for all Visual Merchandising (VMD) and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) across our retail network, while also designing compelling digital ad creatives and high-quality video content for Social media. You will leverage Generative AI design tools to scale your output and maintain a flawless, localized brand image.
Key Responsibilities
Retail VMD & POSM Design: Lead the visual design for all offline retail touchpoints. Conceptualize and design highly engaging shelf displays, product stickers, wobblers, end-caps, and promotional lightboxes that grab attention in a crowded retail environment.
Digital Ad Creatives: Design high-converting static banners, carousels, and graphic assets for our performance marketing funnels, ensuring visual consistency from the ad click to the retail shelf.
High-Quality Video Content: Periodically conceptualize, create, and edit premium, high-quality Reels and short-form video content for Instagram to support major campaign beats and brand storytelling.
AI-Assisted Workflow: Utilize AI design tools to rapidly prototype retail mockups, extend campaign backgrounds, and scale asset production efficiently.
Asset Localization & Brand Guardianship: Take primary campaign assets from our global brand principals and adapt them for the local market, ensuring all typography, layouts, and visuals align with both the brand guidelines and Hong Kong consumer preferences.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in graphic design, specifically with a strong portfolio showcasing retail POSM, VMD, and digital marketing assets (FMCG or beauty experience is a major plus).
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and strong video editing skills.
Practical experience using AI image generation and design tools to speed up workflow.
A meticulous eye for detail, typography, and layout—you know how to make a product sticker look

Resourceful, fast, and comfortable managing both print production files and digital exports in a high-speed startup environment.
